SEIDOR Opentrends develops a Generative Artificial Intelligence Chatbot for the UOC

SEIDOR Opentrends has developed a chatbot with Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) that the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya recently launched on its website.

This is the first chatbot with GAI implemented for a university, allowing users to ask questions about the UOC's educational offerings through a conversation in natural language.

Thanks to this technology, the UOC expects to enhance the quality of information provided to potential students with this new high-value-added service, based on cutting-edge conversational technology by SEIDOR Opentrends.
