Opentrends, present one more year at FIB Visiona, the career fair for technology professionals

Opentrends, the technology consultancy firm specialized in digital transformation solutions, will be present for yet another year at FIB Visiona Career Fair, an annual event about employment that began yesterday and that is organized by the association attached to the Faculty of Computer Science of Barcelona FIB Visiona. In this year's edition, the event takes place online today, moves to a presential format tomorrow, Wednesday 27, and will conclude, again online, on Thursday 28.

FIB Visiona's aim is working to connect talent with leading companies and organizations around the world. In line with this goal, the entity organizes several activities (presentations, events, conferences, CV submissions, interviews, etc.) to offer a wide range of options when starting or moving forward in the workplace.

The most outstanding event of FIB Visiona is this Career Fair that begins today and whose goal is bringing together companies and students of the different degrees.

Within the framework of the Fair, Opentrends will have a stand where visitors can learn about the benefits of working for the company, its Openworks methodology (a new flexible work model) or its strategy in areas such as onboardingor training. All these points will be explained in more detail on Thursday 28, the last day of the Fair, in a presentation entitled “Do you know Opentrends?”.

“Before, we operated on-site, with occasional teleworking; however, now we think remotely and offer spaces to facilitate face-to-face collaboration” explains Jesús Ruiz, CPO of Opentrends. "Giving this new situation, the Openwork model allows each team to adapt to the needs of each project and of the team itself."
