Opentrends participates at Scrum Master Global Summit
Opentrends will participate in the 1st Global Scrum Master Summit with a presentation that will take place on Friday, May 21st at 5:00 p.m. In this presentation, Salvador Bosque, together with Omar McNeil, will discuss tools that help to build a culture of human leadership, and will show real examples for inspiration.
The session will include practical tools such as Trust Canvases, Detox Checklists, Permission Tokens and Design Thinking workshops to reflect on leadership styles and adopt human-centered principles based on autonomy, trust, shared purposes and team empowerment.
