While the limitation lasts, the person in charge can only keep the data of the interested party, without doing any treatment, in the following cases:

    •    To formulate, exercise or defend claims.

Portability right (Art. 17 LOPD-GDD)

    •    The treatment is based on the consent or on a contract.
    •    The treatment is done by automated means.
