Policy for the Integrated Management System
At Opentrends, a software engineering company located in Barcelona and focused on the development of specialized APPs and Portals using Open Source technologies, we understand that Quality consists of knowing our clients and their expectations, knowing the interested parties and trying to exceed them by helping them to define their IT strategy, implementing reliable technological solutions and protecting their investment through the correct maintenance of the systems and the security of the information provided.
In order to achieve this, it is essential to understand that our context is the basis of the existence and continuity of Opentrends.
Having an Integrated Management System based on the ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1 and ISO 27001 Standards, Opentrends aims to enhance the participation of all its employees, making them aware of the importance of their activities and their contribution to the achievement of the company’s goals, just like stipulates this policy to the interested parties.
Coherent with the responsibility accepted, Opentrends Management is committed to providing the necessary resources for the compliance of this Policy.
According to this Policy, we stablish goals related to Quality and Service Management, as well as Information Security Policies at all levels, monitoring the degree of compliance, so that we can measure our improvement.
Our general goals are directed to:
- Ensure that customer requirements are fixed and met, in order to improve our customers satisfaction.
- Meet the service level agreements.
- Improve the quality, management and safety of the information about our services.
- Improve the internal organization, effectiveness and efficiency of our working methods.
- Provide a work environment that facilitates the professional development of our employees.
Opentrends Management periodically reviews the Integrated Management System to ensure its suitability, adequacy and continuous effectiveness, as well as its suitability to the applicable legal requirements and any other requirements.
This review evaluates the opportunities for improvement of the Management System, together with the risks and control of the processes; it also detects the needs to make changes in the Management System, including the Policy and Goals of the Organization.
